CASA MARTELLETTI /
ASTI DOCG TRADIZIONE

Base Cuvée: Moscato d'Asti from the zone of origin
Period of Maturation End of September - first ten days of October

Maximum Yield per Hectare: 8000 kg. of grapes reduced by our selection at harvest.

Vinification: The late harvest allows the grapes to overripen, resulting in a high concentration of sugar in the must. Part of the must is fermented and finished in barriques, then added to the cuvée before it begins to take on the sparkle. The succesive foaming process is carried out at a controlled temperature (20°C/68°F) on the naturally clarified must using the Charmat method.

Bouquet: Fruity and intensely aromatic with notes of mature fruit and sage

Taste: Full, fruity and well-balanced with a persistent aftertaste.

Accompaniment: A classic with desserts, but also enjoyed as an aperitif.

Serving Temperature: 6°-8°C (43°-46°F).

52 townships within the Provinces of Asti, Alessandria and Cuneo.

CASA MARTELLETTI /
BRACHETTO D'ACQUI DOCG
I RONCHETTI

Base Cuvée: Brachetto d'Acqui from the zone of origin.

Period of Maturation: Mid-to-Late September.

Maximum Yield per Hectare: 7000 kg. of grapes reduced by our selection at harvest.

Vinification: The grapes come from a zone particularly well suited to the production of Brachetto d'Acqui. The selection at harvest reduces the yield per hecatare and permits us to obtain a particularly fragrant must rich in natural sugars. The naturally clarified must undergoes foaming at a controlled temperature of 20°C (68°F) using the Charmat method.

Alcohol Content: 6.5% by volume

Bouquet: Intensely aromatic with notes of rose, raspberry and blackberry and musky undertones

Taste: Sweet, aromatic and well-balanced with pleasant notes of wild berries.

Accompaniment: A classic with desserts and dry pastries.

Serving Temperature: 6°-8°C (43°-46°F).

PRODUCTION ZONE:
Township of Terzo d'Acqui (Province of Alessandria)

COLOR:
Ruby red with a fine and persistent perlage.

GRAPE:
Brachetto d'Acqui

ALCOHOL: 6.5%
