Since the late 1800s the name Mancini has been synonymous with quality wine making, and this is no different with the youngest descendant, John Mancini. The perseverance and commitment of Mr. Mancini has led to the foundation of Cantina Pedres.

The basic principal that drives Cantina Pedres is that the quality of the wine is determined in the vineyard. Sound and careful management of the vineyards and the constant implementation of new grape growing methods are only a small portion of what Cantina Pedres refers to as the quest for quality. The vineyards from which the grapes are located (about 40 ha of all properties) lie in the heart of Gallura at an altitude of about 300 meters above sea level.
