Burlotto / SAUVIGNON BLANC LANGHE DOC "VIRIDIS'

Light gold in color, very aromatic with lime, tomato vine, pineapple, ginger and orange blossom. Bracing acidity frames pink grapefruit, lime, green apple, pineapple, pear, herbs and a nutty trace. Orange zest lingers on the dry fruity finish. Super refreshing, lovely on its own and versatile at the table.
Try it with with pasta cacio e pepe!
