Eugenio Bocchino / Nebbiolo d'Alba "Roccabella" DOC
This Langhe Nebbiolo hails from the incredible Roccabella vineyard in Roddi, and although it lies just outside the boundaries of the Barolo towns it delivers all there is to love about "King of Wine" for an ubeatable price. Present but sweet tannins, dark berries and a lingering finish on the palate and aromas of cassis and black tea. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to heartier fish, poultry and meat dishes due to its smooth tannic structure and high acidity.
