Ruby red color with violet hints. Elegant, soft, velvety, medium-full bodied, well balanced. Very good intensity and persistence, pleasant taste, harmonic. Relative low acidity, its alcohol content and the balanced structure make the Ruchè a wine easy to drink and soft, enriching with a good quantity of rose notes. The dominant feature is the perception of a embracing aftertaste, aromatic nuances composed of velvety notes of apricot and cherry. Excellent with game and medium aged cheeses.
