AZIENDA AGRICOLA LA GIUSTINIANA / GAVI DI GAVI LUGARARA

La Giustiniana has 30 hectares of vineyard in production, and makes three single vineyards Gavis. All are unoaked, so the character of the vineyard shines through in each of the wines. The Lugarara is the most open, as befits the sandier soil in the vineyards, but it has good richness on the palate and nicely moderated acidity.

VINIFICATION:
Soft pressing; controlled-temperature fermentation. Bottling in the spring following the harvest.

TASTING NOTES :
Subtle, persistent, scent of green apples.
Slightly acid with an almond after taste.

FOOD SUGGESTIONS:
It goes well with starters, fish, shellfish, fish or shellfishes courses, but for its caracheteristics it goes well also with fried food and mashrooms.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
10-12°C



GRAPE VARIETY:
100% Cortese grapes, Guyot breeding method, density of 4000 stocks and 28000 buds/ha.

AREA OF PRODUCTION / ORIGIN:
Gavi, Rovereto resort, Piedmont, Lugarara vineyards.

COLOR:
Straw-yellow with greenish hue.
