ARCHE' / TREBBIANO D'ABRUZZO DOC

TASTING NOTES: Dry white wine, with bright golden straw-yellow colour. It has a vinous, slight fragrant bouquet and a sapid, harminious flavour.

CULINARY SUGGESTIONS:
Ideal with seefood salads. Perfect with white meats, boiled or grilled fish.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
8°-10° C.



AREA OF PRODUCTION/ ORIGIN: Abruzzo Region

APPELLATION: Trebbiano d'Abruzzo doc

VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 100% Trebbiano

VINIFICATION:
The must is left on the skins for 4-8 days. It is then placed in special tanks,where fermentation is completed in 8-10 days at 25°-30° C.

CELLARING: 2 years

ALCOHOL: 12%

 
     

ARCHE' / MONTEPULCIANO D'ABRUZZO DOC

TASTING NOTES:
Deep red colour; the bouquet a wine with a full-bodied taste followed by a well balanced tannic finish.

CULINARY SUGGESTIONS:
Ideal with pasta dishes and red meat.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
16°-18° C. (60°-64°F.)

VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 100% Montepulciano

VINIFICATION:
The must is left on the skins for 4-8 days, in order to extract colour.
It is then placed in special tanks where fermentation is completed in 8-10 days at 25°-30° C.

Late September

CELLARING: 3 years
