BACARO / CABERNET

TASTING NOTES:
Deep ruby red color, tending towards garnet.
Its intense and slightly herbaceous bouquet shows an harmonious character and a light tannic note.

CULINARY SUGGESTIONS :
Great wine for roasted or grilled meats. Ideal with braised, “salmi” and game. Excellent with hard aged cheeses.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18°-20°C.

TASTING NOTES:
Chardonnay is a wine with character, which develops well in the bottle, and as the months pass its pleasing fruity nose evolves harmoniously and develops an excellent vanilla bouquet.

CULINARY SUGGESTIONS:
It is excellent with minestrone, omelets, egg dishes in general and fish.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8°-10° C.

TASTING NOTES:
Elegant, well-structured wine with typical ruby red color. Clean bouquet with notes of currants and violets. Balanced, delicate taste.

CULINARY SUGGESTIONS:
Indicated with savory dishes such as risotto with mushrooms or “Milanese Style”, with pasta dishes and meat ravioli. Pleasant wine if served with boiled or roasted, white or red meats.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16°-18°C.

TASTING NOTES:
It has an intense straw color and also an ample, lasting fruity bouquet. The palate is dry, soft and well balanced, due to its full body.

CULINARY SUGGESTIONS:
Excellent with fish soups, grilled fish and dishes based on mushrooms. It is exceptional with lasagna made with sepia ink and dressed with prawn sauce.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8°-10° C.
